KERRY LIDDELL is a public speaker, global coach and online mentor helping women ditch self doubt, reconnect with their inner child and create space for heaps more fun and excitement.

A wife and Mama of two boys, with a background in Singing, Acting, Presenting and Teaching in the Performing Arts industry, Kerry is originally from the UK and now resides in the beautiful Bay of Plenty in New Zealand, having done so for the past decade.

Kerry believes that every women gets to feel confident in her own skin, with true self awareness and the ability to listen to her own intuition, no longer needing the permission, approval or acceptance of others.

Through her programs and online coaching she has created a safe non-judgement space for women to feel held and supported, as they begin to unravel each layer holding them back. She believes in encouraging women to be more authentic and guiding them, using many of the methods which have helped her in her own personal growth over the past 6 years, to go from feeling lost and overwhelmed, consumed by the fear of other's opinions, to beginning to unlock their inner confidence and realising their voice truly matters. Knowing that they get to show up as their most unapologetic self, no matter who's watching.

Kerry has lead hundreds of women to unlock their fears, doubts and old beliefs, reconnecting with their inner child and adopting new and empowering beliefs. Allowing them to fully embody and step into their most authentic self, no longer feeling afraid of sharing their magic and guiding them to finally shed their $#!T and SHINE!
